As a parent, coach, author, professor and citizen, I am deeply concerned by polarisation in the United States.
As a specialist in political and religious conflict, I believe I can help you Depolarize Yourself before you set foot in your classroom.

I earned a PhD in history from the University of Leicester (UK) and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society (UK). I am part of the executive committee for the International Network for Interreligious Research & Education (INIRE).
I am the author or editor of five books, and my writings have appeared in outlets like the The Review of Faith and International Affairs, The Conversation and The Washington Post.
I have taught history at several universities (Leicester, Quinnipiac, Fairfield), and I have worked on research projects based at the Universities of Leicester, Oxford and Cambridge.
I have spoken at research centers and universities in the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
